Nasi Campur sungguh enak untuk dimakan. Lezat di santap bersama keluarga. Ada beberapa varian nasi campur. Dari sabang sampai marauke. Berikut Kami berikan resep nasi campur terenak khas buatan Indonesia.


Bahan-bahan


Bahan orek tempe :


2 papan tempe (200gr) potong & goreng

5 siung bawang merah

3 siung bawang putih

2 cabe kecil

2 cabe besar

1 ruas jari lengkuas

Garam,gula,penyedap

2 sdm kecap manis

100 ml air


Bahan mie:


1 bungkus mie burung dara (rendam di air dingin 10 menit)

4 siung bawang putih (cincang)

Secuil terasi

3 sdm kecap manis

Garam,gula,penyedap

1 gelas air


Bahan sambel terasi:


20 buah cabe rawit merah

2 buah cabe besar

1 siung bawang putih

1 bungkus terasi abc

Gula,garam,penyedap


Bahan telor dadar tepung :


2 buah telur

1 sdt garam

Bumbu halus (ambilkan 1sdt bumbu orek tempe)

2 sdm tepung terigu

5 sdm air


Langkah


Orek tempe :

 

haluskan semua bumbu,kecuali lengkus digeprek aja. Tumis sampe harum kemudian masukkan tempe, tambahkan air, kecap manis, gula,garam,penyedap. Masak hingga air menyusut & meresap. Angkat sisihkan


Mie polos : 


tumis bawang putih,tambahkan secuil terasi. 

Masukkan mie yg sudah ditiriskan, tambahkan air setengahnya dulu, tambahkan gula,garam,penyedap & kecap manis. 

Aduk2 hingga rata, tambahkan sisa air sedikit demi sedikit sampai mie benar2 matang. Tunggu hinnga air menyusut,angkat & sisihkan.


Sambal terasi: goreng smua bahan, uleg, tambahkan garam,gula & penyedap. Uleg sampe halus, 

Sisihkan.

Telor dadar tepung : campur telor,bumbu dan garam. Kocok lepas. Di wadah lain campurkan tepung & air (aduk rata) kemudian masukkan ke dalam kocokan telur, kocok lagi hingga tercampur rata. Goreng,

Sisihkan.
